Steve Montague is an experienced professional in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Director of IT Governance and Cost Management and the Director of the Project Management Office at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) since September 2010. Key accomplishments at IIROC include the establishment of project governance frameworks and the standardization of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enhancing project success rates.
