Matthew Powers

Matthew Powers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership across various sectors. As the Founder and Principal of Cirque Strategies since January 2021, Matthew specializes in developing organizational and operational frameworks for startups and small businesses. In addition, as the Founding Board Chair and Treasurer of KindWork since June 2019, Matthew focuses on assisting disadvantaged young adults in launching careers in the tech industry through free training programs. Previous roles include VP of Operations and Head of Tax & Business Operations at Harness Wealth, Global Head of Business Operations for WeWork, and several positions at Uber and Goldman Sachs, where Matthew honed expertise in operational management and financial services. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has also studied at the University of Wollongong.
