Jack Fleck

Quality Manager at Cirrascale

Jack Fleck has a long and varied career in the field of quality management. Jack began their career in 1970 working as a Major/Command Pilot for the United States Air Force. In 1979, they became the Owner of Skyline Computing. From 1985 to 1995, they worked as Manager of Various Functions for Orion Network Solutions. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as Director of Education for Qtron. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as Training Manager for Plexus. From 2004 to 2011, they were Training Manager for Verari Systems, where they developed and maintained the OJT system for technical workers, developed and conducted company-wide seminars for soft skills, led a team to institute ISO 9000 certification, and was a member of many HR teams (e.g. Employee Review/Compensation). Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been Quality Manager for Cirrascale.

Jack Fleck attended Weber State University from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology with a focus in Electronic Engineering. Jack then returned to Weber State University from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained a B.A. in Art with a focus in Photography.
