John Christopher Pillay

John Christopher Pillay has a solid work experience spanning over several companies. John currently serves as the Information Technology Operations Manager at CirrusLabs, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NTT DATA GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Lead Technical Specialist from May 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were employed at Concentrix as a Senior Technical Team Lead / Microsoft Exchange Premier Support Queue from October 2019 to May 2021. John also worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Specialist from April 2015 to June 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Support Analyst at Nomura from December 2009 to March 2014, and as a Quality Lead Coach at WNS Global Services from February 2008 to December 2009.

John Christopher Pillay completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from the National Education Society Ratnam, where they attended from 2000 to 2003.
