Christopher Sweem

Christopher Sweem is a seasoned operations and continuous improvement professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Excellence Manager at Cirtec Medical since September 2023, Christopher previously held significant roles at Abbott, where responsibilities included managing margin improvement and leading a Lean Six Sigma program across multiple sites. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Global Continuous Improvement and Quality at Tennant Company, Production Planning Manager at Cantel Medical, and various engineering positions at Minnetronix, Inc. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 2008.
