Tom Brinkmann has a diverse range of work experience. Tom started as an Equity Research Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, where they published forecasts of sales and profits for public industrial and capital goods firms. Tom then moved on to be a Lead Consulting Analyst at LANGENBERG & COMPANY, where they published sales and profit forecasts for large U.S. public industrial and capital goods firms. Tom then transitioned to working at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where they supported accounting with the monthly close process and led the financial planning and analysis team. Tom also advised senior management on sales, market share, margins, price realization, and industry trends. Tom then joined Daikin Applied Americas as a Pricing Manager, responsible for pricing strategies. Currently, Tom is working at Cirtec Medical as an Associate Director of Finance, where they have implemented price increases, conducted financial modeling, and supported the monthly close process, among other responsibilities.

Tom Brinkmann has an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they hold a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Illinois and Series 7, 66, 86, and 87 certifications from FINRA.
