David Renaud

David Renaud has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both the IT and music sectors. Currently serving as a Software Integrator at Groupe CIS since November 2021, David has previously held roles such as IT Technician Level 2 at Bain Magique Inc and Application Support Technician at Groupe CIS, managing client assistance, application updates, and problem resolution. With a strong foundation in IT from CGI, David possesses expertise in server management, remote support, and system diagnostics. Alongside an accomplished career in music as a singer and guitarist for Downtown Fiasco, David has composed original music and lyrics in both French and English, performing over 80 shows across Quebec. Additionally, David held the position of President at Fondation Québec Musique, overseeing event organization and artist collaborations. David's education includes a diploma as a Computer Support Specialist from the Centre de formation des nouvelles technologies.
