Paul Stepantschenko

As Director of Quality Assurance, Paul brings over 30 years of quality management leadership experience in various industries including aerospace, electromechanical telecommunications, nuclear, HVAC and commercial product manufacturing. With his unique set of creative and interpersonal skills Paul has used his ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams with a consistent record of delivering a high-performance continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste and reduce process variation while maximizing productivity and quality.

Before joining CIS, Paul has a demonstrated history of success managing and facilitating timely implementation of industry registrations and compliance to AS9001, TL9001, ISO9001, NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B & 10CFR Part 21. He previously held similar quality leadership roles with Heatcraft, Engine Systems, Flextronics and Chromalloy R&T. Paul’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Operations Management from Dominican College New York.
