Ray Marskell Msyl

Ray Marskell MSyl is a seasoned professional in risk management and law enforcement, currently serving as the Director of Risk and Intelligence at CIS Security Limited since January 2024. From September 2016 to December 2023, Ray held multiple leadership roles at the City of London Police, including Chief Inspector for Partnerships, Specialist Operational Support, and Corporate Plan/International Training and Development, where responsibilities encompassed sector policing, operational firearms, and strategic partnership development. Prior to this, Ray accumulated extensive experience at the Metropolitan Police from December 1991 to September 2016, notably as an Inspector leading response and community engagement efforts, as well as a Response and Communities Sergeant and Police Constable. Education was completed at Edgware School.
