Andy Brush

Andy Brush is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles in the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget focused on improving the cyber security posture for government entities from May 2019 to December 2023, and as IT Manager for Washtenaw County, managing technology infrastructure for over 1,500 staff across multiple departments from February 2012 to May 2019. Previous positions include Knowledge Manager at Washtenaw County, Business Analyst/Project Manager at GDI Infotech, Business Analyst at Menlo Innovations, and various consulting roles with companies such as Netscape and Ford Motor Company. Andy Brush holds a Master's degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
