Aubrey Milham

Aubrey Milham is an experienced professional in government relations and engagement, currently serving as the Insights and Engagement Lead for the JCDC Industry at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2025. Prior to this role, Aubrey held various positions at Monument Advocacy from January 2022 to January 2025, including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Government Relations, as well as Legislative Fellow. Additional experience includes being a Member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society from March 2021 to March 2022, tutoring student-athletes at UC Berkeley’s Athletic Study Center, and serving as a board member and Director of Legal Affairs for the Sports Business Group at UC Berkeley. Aubrey also worked as a Student Ambassador for Cal Football's recruiting operations and as a Legal Assistant at FZF Law, P.C. While earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, Aubrey was a dedicated varsity water polo team member, developing valuable skills in time management and teamwork.
