Heather Mast/Steege, PMP is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in program analysis, executive assistance, and administrative coordination. Currently serving as an Administrative Specialist at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since April 2023, Heather conducts needs analyses to enhance business processes and resolve conflicts in regulatory matters. Previous roles include Program Analyst for the School Safety Task Force, where Heather contributed to the development of strategic plans and supported senior leadership, as well as Executive Assistant positions at both the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the U.S. Navy. Heather's earlier experience includes administrative roles at VOX Global, Dechert LLP, the United States Supreme Court, and as Program Coordinator for a tobacco control initiative. Heather holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Brooklyn College, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUNY Oneonta, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
