Jay Robinson possesses extensive experience in program management and contract oversight within the cybersecurity and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since October 2014, Robinson focuses on procurement and contract management for the Cybersecurity Division.
