Kyle Thompson

Kyle Thompson is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a robust background in both incident response and cloud forensics. Currently serving as an Incident Response Lead and Cloud Forensics Analyst at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since June 2020, Kyle has also held multiple roles within the U.S. Coast Guard since June 2012, including Cyber Protection Team Operator and Security Operations Center Analyst. Previous positions include Information Technology Manager at Huggins Shipping & Customs Brokers Ltd and Information Technology Coordinator, in addition to maritime roles at International Shipping Limited. Kyle's educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity Operation and an Associate of Science in Computer Technologies from Excelsior University, as well as various certifications from SANS Technology Institute. Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Cloud Computing Management at The George Washington University, Kyle combines technical expertise with practical experience to enhance cybersecurity measures.
