Supervisory Cybersecurity Advisor (arkansas & Oklahoma)

Mark Kirby, CISSP and PMP, currently serves as a Supervisory Cybersecurity Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where responsibilities include engaging with state leadership and local jurisdictions in Arkansas and Oklahoma to provide essential cybersecurity guidance and foster partnerships across critical infrastructure sectors. Prior to this role, Mark was a Lead Cybersecurity Specialist at the Department of the Air Force, advising senior U.S. officials on cybersecurity matters. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Information Technology Management from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Computer Science and Management Computer Information Systems from Park University, and an Associate of Science in Electronics System Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Additional training includes certifications as a Communications-Computer Systems Control Craftsman.
