Matthew Prager

Matthew Prager currently serves as the Associate Chief Learning Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where responsibilities include developing and managing Education Management Information Systems and improving operations for education and training programs. Prager is also a member of the Training Industry Magazine Editorial Board of Advisors, contributing to discussions on relevant content and trends in education. Previously, at FEMA, Prager functioned as the Chief of Curriculum Standards and Instructional Technology, overseeing the development and implementation of education and training standards. Earlier military experience includes various roles at the U.S. Navy Mine Warfare Training Center, focusing on curriculum maintenance, training administration, and policy development. Prager holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and additional qualifications in Emergency Management and Educational Innovation.
