Critical Infrastructure Specialist

Mike Phillips is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and infrastructure protection. Currently serving as a Critical Infrastructure Specialist at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since March 2017, Mike supports regional security advisors and conducts background research on infrastructure assets. Prior to this role, Mike was a Senior Program Analyst for the Protected Critical Infrastructure Information Program at the US Department of Homeland Security from October 2008 to March 2017, specializing in program analysis, consulting, and policy writing. Additionally, Mike worked as a Program Analyst for the Transportation Security Administration, supporting the Sensitive Security Information Office. Mike holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Mason University and two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science from Rutgers University.
