Nathan Hurwitz

Nathan Hurwitz is an accomplished IT Cybersecurity Specialist currently supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Lafayette Group, overseeing major contract efforts for the Department of Homeland Security and managing a large consulting team. Nathan held roles at the Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, contributing to budget development and strategic planning in various capacities. Additional experience includes analytical and administrative positions within HUD, FEMA, NOAA, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland.
