Patrick J. Starke

Patrick J. Starke is an experienced leader in cybersecurity and infrastructure security with a focus on counterterrorism and explosive ordnance disposal. Since August 2012, Patrick serves as the Deputy Associate Director for CISA Exercises at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, previously holding the position of Chief of the Office for Bombing Prevention. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager for Infrastructure Counterterrorism at the FBI, where strategic management of counterterrorism efforts was emphasized. Additionally, Patrick worked as a Senior Analyst at SAIC, focusing on weapons of mass destruction proliferation prevention. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Patrick held various roles, including Special Operations Officer and Surface Warfare Officer, experiencing significant leadership and operational responsibilities. Patrick holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
