Patrick J. Starke is an experienced leader in cybersecurity and infrastructure security with a focus on counterterrorism and explosive ordnance disposal. Since August 2012, Patrick serves as the Deputy Associate Director for CISA Exercises at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, previously holding the position of Chief of the Office for Bombing Prevention.
