Sam Vazquez

Sam Vazquez possesses extensive experience in information technology and operations management within government and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as the Branch Chief of Information and Logistics at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since February 2022, Sam previously held multiple roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from January 2008 to July 2022, including Associate Chief of IT Operations and Service Management, Acting Chief Information Officer, and Director of IT Operations. Prior to this, Sam worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2000 to December 2007. Educated at Penn State University, Sam earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 1996 and 2000.
