Terry Hicks

Terry Hicks is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and operations, currently leading the Future Operations team at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to enhance the agency's anticipatory capabilities. Previously, Terry served as an Incident Coordination Officer, overseeing current operations and spearheading rapid response efforts, and as a CISA Duty Officer, managing a team in addressing threats and vulnerabilities. With a strong background in intelligence analysis and operational coordination, Terry has held key roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Jasper Intel, Walt Disney World, CENTRA Technology, and Collier and Escambia County Sheriff's Office. Terry's career began in the U.S. Navy, with diverse roles in electronic warfare and military police, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from St. Petersburg College.
