Zachary Dickman

Zachary Dickman, MPA, currently serves as a Federal Operational Engagement Liaison (Information Security Specialist) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since February 2023. Previously, Zachary held the position of Research Analyst at the New York State Executive Chamber from October 2021 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY, a Fall Research Intern at the American Enterprise Institute, and a Human Resources and Marketing Intern at Catholic Family Center. Zachary also interned with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Target, and Excellus BCBS, gaining valuable experience in policy, operations, and financial reporting. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Management, both from the University at Albany.
