Alex Hallam is an experienced People Director and Board Trustee, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Cisco's Common Hardware Group since 2023. With a strong background in human resources, Alex has previously held key positions across multiple organizations, including Head of HR for EMEAR at Cisco and various roles at Experian and Badenoch & Clark. Alex graduated from Nottingham Business School with a commendation in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). In addition to their corporate roles, Alex is a Board Trustee at THE PRIESTLEY ACADEMY TRUST.
