Alexandre Weisse

Alexandre Weisse is a seasoned professional in customer experience engineering and project management with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Engineering for the EMEA South Region at Cisco since January 2011, Alexandre oversees operations across 21 countries, leading a team of 80 engineers. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Customer Experience Service Delivery for the Paris 2024 Olympics and PMO Manager for Customer Experience Service Delivery in France and South Europe. Alexandre's career began with roles at Ericsson, Altran Technologies, and Bouygues Telecom, demonstrating expertise in managing complex projects, technical leadership, and multimillion-euro budgets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris and a Master of Engineering in Electronics from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.
