Anil Upadhyay is a Principal IT Architect at Cisco, with current involvement in the Operational Resilience project at HSBC, focusing on implementing end-to-end observability across technology components to enhance service reliability. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Managing Consultant - Solution Architect at IBM, where Anil led complex system integration projects and facilitated the migration to IBM Financial Service Cloud at TSB.
