Bala Murugan

Bala Murugan is a seasoned UX designer currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Cisco, where they are involved in major projects focused on network management and optimization tools. They have previously held positions at Juniper Networks, where they received an innovation award for their redesign of a support workbench, and at Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services, focusing on branding and marketing design. Bala's career began as an Instructional Designer at Wipro, and they also served as a Design Consultant at KPMG. Bala holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University and Oxford College of Science, respectively.
