Becca Fairchild

Becca Fairchild is currently the Lead Design Researcher at Cisco, focusing on enhancing the user experience for customers, partners, and distributors through mixed-methods research. Previously, Becca held roles as a Senior User Experience Researcher and User Experience Research Manager at Cisco, and has extensive experience working with major clients at Deloitte Digital. Early in their career, Becca worked in various marketing and account management roles, contributing to projects aimed at brand awareness and customer engagement. Becca is pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Project Management, and Sustainability at Willamette University while studying Business Sustainability and Environmental Studies at Pacific Lutheran University.
