Sarah Pennell

Sarah Pennell has nearly 20 years of experience in the web industry, specializing in user experience research and design. Currently serving as Lead Design Researcher at Storypark since June 2019, Sarah has previously held positions as a User Experience Researcher at the same company and as a freelance UX researcher at Sparkle User Experience Research from November 2013 to June 2019. Additional experience includes UX research and project management at Predator Free New Zealand Trust, global partnerships management at StarNow.com, and key account and project management roles at Trade Me. While at Trade Me, Sarah managed information architecture and user experience during a period of significant growth, reporting directly to founder Sam Morgan.
