Cate Foy is a Content Designer at Cisco IT, where they design content through storytelling, journey mapping, and user research while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the intranet experience. Previously, they served as a Senior Copywriter at Performance Bicycle, where they created product descriptions, blog content, and email campaigns. Cate is the owner of Blackbird Media, a company they built from a photography hobby into a successful media business in Raleigh, NC. They have also held roles as Creative Content Manager at Advance Auto Parts and Copywriter Manager at Jerry's Artarama, showcasing a diverse background in content creation and digital marketing. Additionally, Cate is currently pursuing their education at William Peace University.
