Dave DeBoer

Dave DeBoer is currently a Sales Director at Cisco, where they leverage their extensive background in sports coaching and sales to drive team performance and client satisfaction. Previously, they held various sales roles at Cisco and Duo Security, achieving significant milestones such as exceeding sales goals and creating impactful training initiatives. Before transitioning to the tech industry, they coached football at the University of Connecticut and Central Michigan University, where they were known for improving player performance and building strong team dynamics. Dave holds a BA from Hope College and a Master’s degree in Administration/Management from Central Michigan University.
