Dror Maydan

Dror Maydan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering for AI applications. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Cisco since October 2020, Dror manages a team focused on integrating AI audio and video models into Cisco Webex. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at BabbleLabs, where Dror led the development of AI models for speech enhancement, and Senior Group Director at Cadence Design Systems, overseeing software efforts in embedded processor technologies. Dror has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at Stanford University, sharing expertise in programming analysis and optimizations. Dror holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a B.S. in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley.
