Ian Lim

Ian Lim currently serves as a CXO Cyber Advisor at Cisco, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Palo Alto Networks from March 2021 to November 2024 as the Field Chief Security Officer for the JAPAC region, specializing in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, among other skills. Ian's prior experience includes serving as CISO and VP of IT Security and Compliance at Irvine Company from March 2014 to March 2021, Global Information Assurance Officer at Ingram Micro from August 2013 to March 2014, and VP of Information Security at CoreLogic from November 2010 to July 2013. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Computer Science and a minor in English Literature from UC Irvine, where studies were completed between January 1995 and January 1999.
