Jasleen Kaur is a Senior Technical Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in delivering mission-critical engineering projects. Currently, at Cisco, Jasleen leads the Agile process for Cisco Secure Application, managing a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality product delivery and alignment with business objectives. Previously, Jasleen held roles at Mindstrong and Mobile Posse, where they managed project execution and improved operational efficiency through Agile methodologies. They have also contributed to SaaS operations at Cisco, focusing on optimizing business performance and enhancing customer success. Jasleen is pursuing a Bachelor's of Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Science from The George Washington University, holding an MBA from the University of California, San Diego.
