Joey Berglund

Joey Berglund is a seasoned Software Engineer with a rich background in web programming and software architecture. They began their career as a Shift Leader at Blockbuster and quickly transitioned to technical roles, such as a Federal Reserve IT Intern and Java Designer at Nortel Networks. At Avaya, Joey focused on the architecture of web collaboration components before moving on to BroadSoft, where they developed microservices on Google Cloud Platform. Currently, they serve as a Technical Leader at Cisco, overseeing cloud-based call control microservices and leading a team of developers while providing expertise across various technical domains. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.
