Justin Flateau

Justin Flateau is a Solutions Engineering Leader with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams and promoting an inclusive culture. At Cisco, they served as a Leader for Solutions Engineers and previously as a Systems Architect, guiding customers through digital transformation. Prior to this, Justin held various roles at Secured Network Services, Inc., including Director of Networking, and contributed significantly as a Master Network Engineer at Mass General Brigham. They hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New England Institute of Technology.
