Karla Haynes is currently the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Global Trade Compliance at Cisco, where Karla leads a global team providing comprehensive trade compliance support. Karla previously worked as Director and Associate General Counsel for Global Trade Compliance at Facebook from 2020 to 2023. With extensive experience in international trade law, Karla has also held positions at Chevron and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Karla earned her JD from the University of Florida and a BS from Bradford College.
