Karla Samdahl

Karla Samdahl is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Executive & Board at Cisco Systems since 2021, Karla has progressed through various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director positions focused on executive talent acquisition. Prior to Cisco, Karla was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at Google, overseeing talent acquisition strategies for both Google and Motorola Mobility. Karla's professional background also includes roles at Robert Half International, Electronic Realm, Commonwealth Central Credit Union, HOPE Services, Wells Fargo, and Hewlett-Packard. Karla holds an MBA in Business Management & Marketing and a BS in Business and Political Science from Notre Dame de Namur University.
