Katrin Hartmann is an experienced international Human Resources leader currently serving as the Director of People & Communities Germany at Cisco. With a strong background in HR transformation, talent management, and diversity & inclusion, Katrin has held various leadership roles, including Director of HR Global Talent Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2014 to 2021 and HR Country Head for Germany at Cisco from 2021 to 2022.
