Kevin Felder

Kevin Felder has extensive experience in security and case management, beginning with a role as a Career & Literacy Counselor in the New York State Unified Court System from 2005 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing case services for over 150 participants and preparing progress reports for judges. Following this, Kevin served as a Senior Executive Team Leader for Assets Protection and Merchandising at Target from 2008 to 2011, overseeing a large team and managing fiscal responsibilities. From 2011 to 2014, Kevin worked as a Probation/Parole Officer II at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. Subsequently, Kevin held the position of Security Coordinator at G4S, managing recruitment and training while enhancing service partnerships. Kevin then advanced to the role of Enterprise Accounts Portfolio Manager with Allied Universal, focusing on security operations and client relationship management from June 2018 to July 2023. Currently, Kevin serves as a Risk Manager at Cisco since July 2023. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Environmental Studies from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Eastern University.
