Shanith Meethan

Shanith Meethan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, currently serving as AVP at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since April 2019. Shanith's expertise encompasses strategic, operational, regulatory, compliance, and financial risk management, with notable achievements in developing and implementing risk programs, facilitating liability insurance administration, and conducting risk reporting and training. Prior to HGS, Shanith held various roles at Wipro Limited, culminating as Head of Enterprise Risk Management, where responsibilities included business risk management, oversight of compliance programs, and management of information security audits. With a solid foundation in project and program management, Shanith has also contributed to companies in the finance and telecommunications sectors, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Madras.
