Kumaril Kapoor

Kumaril Kapoor has extensive experience in engineering leadership, primarily at Cisco from April 2004 to November 2023, where roles included VP Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering, contributing to projects in the Service Provider Portfolio for products like the 7500, 7600, ASR9k, and ASR9xx. Additionally, from January 2018 to April 2021, Kumaril served as Head of Engineering and General Manager at Oloid, along with advisory responsibilities. Earlier career stages included roles as Project Leader at Future Software and Design Engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Kumaril holds a Cornell CXO Leadership degree in Organizational Leadership from Cornell University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
