Meena Rajvaidya

Meena Rajvaidya is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in data center networking and observability. At Cisco, from March 2018 to February 2024, Meena held the role of Director of Engineering, overseeing the engineering team responsible for data center networking products and driving operational efficiency. This role involved delivering products that contributed significantly to multi-billion-dollar business growth. Prior to this, Meena served as a Senior Engineering Manager, successfully leading a team to enhance the user interface of critical networking solutions. Meena's earlier experience includes software engineering positions at notable companies such as Apple and HSBC Global Technology, where contributions included cloud migration initiatives and the development of robust financial messaging systems. Meena holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Vikram University.
