Michael Shen is a seasoned engineering leader with a long-standing tenure at Cisco, beginning in April 1999 and currently serving as Director of Engineering for the Talos Development & Engineering organization. In this role, Michael oversees the delivery of threat intelligence and detection content across Cisco’s product lines, managing extensive software development and operations across multiple regions. Michael's foundational experience includes project management and software engineering at Citi, focusing on automated testing for network management systems. Michael holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Math from the University of Minnesota.
