Naida Ergas

Naida Ergas is a dedicated Program Manager with extensive experience in marketing, event planning, and supply chain project management. Currently at Cisco Systems since 2013, Naida has successfully implemented global programs that enhance productivity by aligning stakeholders on project scope and budget. Previously, Naida served as the Marketing/Event Project Manager at Apricot Lane Boutique, where innovative digital campaigns and private events increased brand loyalty and sales. Naida's early career included a role at Aspect Communications, where they led significant supply chain initiatives and maintained high customer satisfaction. Naida holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
