Owain Dobson is an experienced leader in customer experience and digital transformation, currently serving as the Contact Centre Lead EMEAR at Cisco since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading customer activities and driving digital innovation. Previously, Owain held the position of Growth Leader EMEAR for Customer Experience, focusing on sales activities to boost services business growth. Prior to Cisco, Owain worked at Atos as Vice President Global Pre Sales, managing global solutions and developing go-to-market strategies for cloud services. With earlier roles at Avaya, BT Global Services, and Fujitsu, Owain has significantly improved sales processes, led global consulting teams, and developed managed services methodologies, consistently achieving revenue growth and enhanced customer experiences. Owain holds an MSc in Computer Science from Swansea University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Coventry University.
