Pankaj Gupta

Pankaj Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and Delivery at Cisco Systems, Canada since November 2009, Pankaj previously held the role of Global Service Manager - Customer Delivery. Prior to this tenure at Cisco, Pankaj worked at Juniper Networks in Canada and India as Manager of Engineering and held various engineering consultant positions at Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks. Pankaj began his career at Vodafone in India as Manager of Systems and Network. Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.
