Rahul Setiya

Rahul Setiya is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategy and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Strategy and Operations Head for the Software and Services Business at Cisco since June 2019, Rahul previously held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from March 2015 to February 2019. As a co-founder of WellHealth from October 2013 to February 2015, Rahul contributed significantly to the startup's development. Prior roles include Head of Strategy and Innovation in the CEO's Office at Cairn India Ltd and Strategy and Business Development Manager at Schlumberger. Rahul also gained experience as a Summer Associate in Investment Banking at Standard Chartered Bank and worked as a Management Consultant at IBM. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Yale University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, supplemented by an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
