Richard Hayes

Richard Hayes is an accomplished Senior Manager at Cisco, leading the Global Solutions Engineering Team since August 2017, with expertise in developing advanced demonstrations for diverse architectural solutions such as Enterprise Networking and Collaboration. Previously, Richard held various leadership roles within Cisco, including overseeing the Customer Experience Centres in EMEAR and spearheading initiatives that garnered significant customer engagement. Richard's experience also includes a volunteer commitment to MIX92.6 as a Radio Broadcaster and Director, contributing to community radio operations and governance. With a background in media production, Richard holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Lincoln.
