Rihana Ali

Project Specialist

Rihana Ali has extensive experience in research and program coordination focused on health and education. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Communities for Healthy Living from August 2020 to April 2022, Rihana led family programs addressing childhood obesity and adapted curriculum delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Experience includes roles at Cisco in various capacities, including Project Specialist and DEI Program & Learning Consultant, as well as a Summer Intern position at The National Institutes of Health, where Rihana developed fundamental science skills and enhanced leadership abilities. Additionally, Rihana served as a Summer Fellow at the Institute for East African Councils on Higher Education, advocating for higher education access and managing program strategies. Rihana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Management & Leadership from Boston College, earned in 2023.
