Shanny Khaterina Bleszinski Kurniawan has gained diverse work experience in different roles and industries. In 2018 and 2019, they worked as a Staff in the Urban and Regional Planning Division at Damai Putra Group. In 2020, they joined Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif DKI Jakarta as a Staff in the Destinations and Development Division. In 2021, they served as a KOL Specialist & Operation at CocoFun Indonesia in PT Indojasa Andalan Global. Currently, since 2022, Shanny works at NusaTalent as a Project Coordinator - KOL Specialist. Shanny'sresponsibilities include identifying KOLs across digital platforms, providing strategies for campaign management, building relationships with talent managers and KOLs, and reporting campaign results. Shanny has collaborated with multiple clients such as AnterAja, Herbana & Herbamojo, SehatQ, Yupi Candy, Milkuat, and The Body Shop Indonesia.

Shanny Khaterina Bleszinski Kurniawan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Podomoro University. Shanny successfully completed their education at this institution from 2017 to 2022.
